Tenders in Strelcha Municipality
Strelcha Municipality periodically conducts tenders for selling municipality property corresponding with the Municipality Property Act and the Privatization and Post-privatization Control Act. In 2005 through publicly announced competition regarding the Privatization and Post-privatization Act three regulated landed properties were sold for the building of spa complexes. These are:
- Regulated landed property ІІІ — Spa complex in district 62 regarding the Strelcha Town plan with 3367 sq.m total area and price 50 500 lv.
- Regulated landed property VІ — Spa complex in district 62 regarding Strelcha Town plan with 2037 sq. m and price 30 500 lv.
- Regulated landed property Х — Spa complex in district 62 regarding Strelcha Town plan with 2276 sq. m. total area and price 34 100 lv.
The buyers are obliged to do investments in the complexes according to their offers amounting to 9 811 700 lv. within five years as well as to open 104 new job positions.
The regulated landed property V in the same district was sold for a pumping station for the needs of mineral water of citizens and companies.
Besides regulated properties, the municipality conducted tenders for selling two agricultural properties on the lands of Blatnitsa village — fields for perennial plants.
